Almost everyone asks this first, so we answer it first.

1. It uses Meta's official connection.

   BizThread connects through the official Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp Business APIs. These are the tools Meta built for businesses. It never logs in as you, never clicks around your account, and never sends from a personal profile.

2. It only replies. It never messages first.

   It follows Meta's messaging rules and limits. Most restrictions happen when a tool floods the platform, or messages people who never wrote first. BizThread only replies to people who messaged your page or commented on it.

3. You can stop it any time.

   One click pauses every automation in every chat, right away. The button is easy to find, not hidden deep in settings.

• Pause everything with one click.
• Take over any chat, even mid-sentence. Your customer will not notice.
• Read every message the AI has sent for you.
• See your message use live, with a warning at 90%.
• Disconnect your page at any time from Meta's own settings. You do not need to ask us.

• Chats from Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Order details: item, size, price, delivery address and phone number.
• The product list, FAQs and files you upload to train it.
• A record of every message the AI sent, when it sent it, and why.

• Your Facebook password. We never see it. You give access on Meta's own screen, and you can take it back there.
• Card or bank details. The payment company keeps those. We have not named that company yet.
• Anything from your personal profile, your friends list, or a page you have not connected.

We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.

No. People do, and only after you say yes.

Before we set anything up, we ask your permission in writing. If you agree, someone on our team looks at your product list and at past conversations on your page, and writes down what BizThread needs to know: your products, your prices, your delivery rules and the way you talk to customers. That work is done by a person. The AI is handed the result, not your conversations.

When a customer writes in, that one message is sent to the model so it can write the reply. That is the AI using a message, not learning from it. Your customers' chats are not used to train a model, and nothing from your page makes the AI better for anybody else.

You can say no to any of this, and you can ask us to delete what we wrote down, at any time.

We name them, instead of hiding behind the words "trusted partners".

They run the AI models. Which one handles a chat depends on how much information it has to weigh up.

The servers this site and our software run on are rented from Hostinger.

Payments and anything else

Not named yet. Once they are decided, we will list them here by name and show the date this page changed.

Messages wait in a queue and send again when Meta is back. Nothing is lost, and nothing is sent twice.

We do not promise an exact uptime number. We would rather show no number than one we cannot keep.
